    Brilliiant customer service

    Was very pleased to have presented with great customer service, i was also offered a very good deal on my car and managed to pick it up on the same day of my purchase. I would recommend buying a car from here, as the gentlemen were all honest and pointed out all issues as well as resolving them such as changing my rear brake light.

    Seriously guys? You didn't need to rip me off.

    I bought from from here Sept 1st, totally taken in by the charm and 'care' taken to assure me that 'it has had a full service history, just undergone a full service and everything was replaced that need be, MOT done on the day passed without any advisories'. By mid-december I had to replace all dangerously perished car tyres - 2 of which had been on the car since factory 11 years ago - at a cost of £580. The car is back in the garage having £1500 of replacements including shock boots split in danger of further damage, shock boot missing, link ball joint boots split, both bottom ones perishing, exhaust pipe rear flange corroded and fragile, both rear shocks corroded to name some of what is apparent and highly unlikely to have suddenly happened in the last 3.5 months. With an honest evaluation of the work necessary I could have made an informed decision as to whether I could afford the car. With deliberate deception these guys only serve to give used car sales guys a bad name.

    After paying for car in full, Hadley motors then told me the car needed a recall for a washer problem. Having already made arrangements to ship to my home in malta i decided to take it to fiat agent in malta. When it arrived i noticed the back panels had been badly re sprayed with paint still on lights, no manuels or jack, but most worrying was a terrible noise coming ftom the gearbox . Its been at the fiat agent for 3 weeks now waiting for a new gear box. Extremly disappointing , no apologies from hadley for any inconvenience. Would definetely not recommend !!

    Really helpful place, no pressure, good stock

    I spent ages trying to find the right 5-series, and thought I'd found it here, however unfortunately it sold just as I arrived. Anyway, they had plenty of stock on offer and had a really great attitude. They gave me plenty of time to look at each car, offered test drives, and gave some good advice. Even helping me to go somewhere else where I did find the right car! One thing I would say, is that when you look on google maps, you don't get the best impression (right under a car wash), but round the corner is where the showroom is, and it's a very nice place with loads on offer. Seems like a nice family business too. Highly recommended!

    Just bought a used Prius, Hadley Motors were great. Couldn't be more helpful, very knowledgeable about the car. Jay the salesman was extremely friendly and helpful, even letting us use his PC to apply for road tax. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again for your help.

    You must visit Hadley Motors if you’re buying a car. Great buying experience! These guys and their mechanic are a great team, would recommend them to buy from. We bought a RAV4, had an issue with a noise, they drove it to hear it, They made sure they searched until they found the problem, and fixed it. What service! It’s a shame there are only 5 stars available - they deserve more!

    Positive ATTITUDE

    Buying a used car make me nervous because buying something used by someone else and reason of selling it. Had a few false starts, where the car I saw on their website was no longer available when we actually contacted the dealers and some of tge dealers tried to hide car category or past history. However in the end of my car buying journey i met team of hadley motors and they able to get me the car that I wanted and I want to say a special thanks to "Jay" one the member of hadley motors who showed me a car and sincerely told me the pros and cons of a car which i just bought it¿. They made my life so much easier, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Very very positive attitude and happy to recommend to my family members. Regards

    Poor customer service. Honest opinion. Not everyone is a time waster some people do come with the intension to purchase but may be slightly disappointed for many reasons when viewing. Give people benefit of the doubt that maybe they are undecided. Sales bloke seemed like he didn't want to sell. To be honest was put off by the sales rep more than the car.
